Exhibitors
OMG!bucks are the “prize” system being used by OMG!con. OMG!bucks are a fake currency only used at OMG!con to purchase items from our Exhibitor's Hall and Swag Booth.
OMG!bucks are transferable.
I.E. may be given from one attendee to another.
OMG!bucks are treated as cash for a 1-1 ratio.
(1 OMG!buck = $1 cash to Exhibitors ONLY.)
HOWEVER
OMG!bucks may not be redeemed for cash by attendees.
Should an attendee purchase a $7 item and use 10 OMG!bucks, they will not receive change in cash. They must use the whole of the OMG!buck at once.
OMG!bucks may not be redeemed for food from the concessions stand at the Owensboro Convention Center.
OMG!bucks may not be used to purchase charity raffle tickets due strict Kentucky laws and regulations regarding charity raffles.
OMG!bucks do not transfer from year to year.
2025 bucks may not be used in 2026, etc.
Items purchased with OMG!bucks are non-refundable items, and cannot be returned for cash or OMG!bucks.
At the end of the convention, Exhibitors will be allowed to submit the OMG!bucks collected during sales for reimbursement. This ensures the Exhibitors who provided prize support are receiving the reimbursement.
* Any Vendor/Artist has the right to not accept OMG!bucks. OMG!con retains the right to update these TOS and any changes will be enforced at the time of alteration. OMG!con is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen OMG!bucks, and will not accept any OMG!bucks that have been altered, copied, or otherwise duplicated. Anyone caught duplicating or altering OMG!bucks may have their badge revoked.
