PROMOTION EXCHANGE

APPLY FOR PROMO!
  • All table swaps come with up to 4 complimentary badges, a table, and tablecloth, unless previously agreed upon with OMG!con.
  • The table must be manned by at least one person while the Vendor Hall is open. No "abandoned flyer tables"!
  • Any electricity needs must be communicated to TAPS prior to the opening of the vendor room on Friday of the convention.
  • The sale of general merchandise is prohibited. The only types of merchandise allowed with prior consent are con/club memberships and merchandise. All other types of merchandise are prohibited and may result in termination of your table and complimentary badges.
  • Raffles, prize wheels, games, Plinko, scavenger hunts, etc. are allowed with prior communication and approval by OMG!con. We love giving away prizes to our attendees, and we encourage you to as well!
  • Music and videos are allowed, but please keep audio levels at reasonable levels so as not to interfere with your table neighbors!
  • Tidiness and professionalism are a must for OMG!con, so we ask that you also maintain a tidy and professional area, including maintaining your trash.
  • Failure to comply with these rules and regulations may result in loss of your table and badges, and no one wants that :(
